Does it discover grants?
No. It evaluates an opportunity supplied by you or by an upstream discovery process.
Does GO guarantee eligibility?
No. The official call remains authoritative. GO means the supplied criteria passed the implemented checks.
What happens when evidence is missing?
Mandatory unknowns produce REVIEW instead of a guessed answer.
